INGREDIENTS
500 | g | Fish fillets |
1/2 | c | LF sour cream |
2 | t | Dijon |
1/2 | t | Tarragon |
3 | T | Parmesan cheese, grated |
INSTRUCTIONS
In large oven dish, place fish and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 450F for 5 mins (10 mins if using frozen fillets). Drain off liquid. In small bowl, mix together sour cream, dijon, and tarragon. Spread onto fish and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake, uncovered for 5 mins until golden.
