INSTRUCTIONS
* You will need 2 small chicken fryers, 2-3 pounds each. Cut the chickens
into serving-sized pieces.
1. In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic which has
been finely chopped but not minced, salt and black pepper. Place this
mixture in a shallow bowl. 2. Place 1/2 cup of melted margarine in a
shallow dish. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have ready a shallow baking
pan. 4. Dip chicken pieces first in the margarine, then into the bread
crumb mixture. Place in baking pan in a single layer. Drizzle rest of
melted margarine evenly over chicken. 5. Bake for 45 minutes, turning only
once. Chicken will be crusty and golden brown.
