INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a dutch oven or roasting pan combine all ingredients except beef; mix
well.
3. Add beef, over a high heat bring to a boil, cover and place in oven.
4. Roast for 3 hours or until tender.
5. Break meat into small pieces, serve in pita breads or on buns.
