| 2/3 | c | Bisquick baking mix |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Paprika |
| 1 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Pepper |
| 2 1/2 | lb | Fryer; cut up, up to 3-1/2 lbs |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan in oven. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in pan (uncovered). Bake 35 minutes.
