Here is the family recipe for oven fries: Cut red potatoes, skin on, into
steak fries (1/4-inch thick, long slices). Palce in a bowl and spray
lightly with pam. Toss lightly to coat. Then sprinkle with Old Bay
Seasoning or Cajun Seasoning. Stir to coat with spices. Bake on a nonstick
pan for 25 minutes at 425 F. Great alone or covered with vegetarian chili
with a dollop of nonfat sour cream and some ff cheese. Date: Sun, 25 Feb

ReddHedd has a great recipe here! However, I'm not overly fond of Old Bay
Seasoning, and I make my fries very similar to ReddHedd's. I peel and cut
up four potatoes into fries about 1/4 inch in diameter. I then spray
lightly with Pam, close the lid of the container they're in, shake them
thoroughly to distribute the Pam, then add 1 tsp. Lawry's Season Salt,
close, and shake again. Then I bake them at 450 degrees for 30 minutes,
turning them over once halfway through. Delicious! Sherry Rose (another
