Meats French Rice 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 c Regular rice
1 cn (10 1/2 oz.) beef consomme
1 cn (10 1/2 oz.) French onion soup
1 Stick Butter Or Margarine

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 3 ingredients in covered casserole dish. Slice margarine and
place pats throughout (no need to melt it first). Bake at 350 degrees for 1
hour. Quick and simple! Delicious side dish with beef or chicken!
