INSTRUCTIONS
Grind wheat berries, rye berries, barley, millet and oats in grain mill or
blender on high speed 30 seconds.
Place mixture in heavy-bottomed pan along with apple juice, oat bran and
raisins. Bring to boil over medium-high heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove
from heat. Cover pan and let stand overnight. Next norning, reheat over
medium heat and serve. Makes 2 servings.
