INGREDIENTS

12 Raw oysters
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs; beaten
1/4 c Milk
1/2 c Melted shortening

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop oysters; add other ingredients. Melt shortening in frying pan. Drop
oyster mixture into hot shortening; fry until golden brown. Makes 8
fritters.
