INSTRUCTIONS
Fry bacon & onion until tender. Drain & chop oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid for sauce; combine oysters with remaining ingredients except fillets. Separate mixture into 6 parts: place each part on a fillet & roll up tightly. Fasten ends with toothpicks. Place rolled fish in buttered baking dish; cover & bake in 375 oven for 45 minutes.
