Broccoli; cut into small florets, discard the tough stems |

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in wok, stir-fry garlic until brown. Add broccoli, stir-fry 3
minutes over low heat. Add oyster sauce, stir 1 more minute. Transfer to
serving dish, serve hot.
