Loaf crusty baguette; cut in 12 slices |

Ripe plum tomatoes; sliced in half |

Extra virgin olive oil |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat grill.
Place bread on grill and cook until lightly toasted. Remove and squeeze
juice and seeds from half a tomato on to each piece of bread. Drizzle each
slice with oil, season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
Yield: 4 as tapas
