1 | T | Applesauce |
4 | t | Baking powder |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Cook on a lightly oiled griddle. When tops beging to bubble and edges begin to look dry, turn over and cook on other side. HELPFUL HINTS: Add raisins or chopped fruit to the batter, if desired. If you have a non-tsick griddle, you will not need any oil.
