INGREDIENTS

1 c Brown rice flour
Or oat flour, * see note
1/2 c Garbanzo flour, ** see
Note
1/2 c Cornmeal
1 1/2 c Water
2 T Honey
1 T Applesauce
4 t Baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Cook on a lightly
oiled griddle. When tops beging to bubble and edges begin to look  dry,
turn over and cook on other side.  HELPFUL HINTS: Add raisins or
chopped fruit to the batter, if  desired. If you have a non-tsick
