Dairy, Grains Italian Sandwiches 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter softened
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 ts Dried basil
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
1 Loaf soft Italian seeded
Bread OR thick sliced bread

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, cream the butter with the garlic and the basil until smooth.
Stir in the three cheese.  Spread mixture evenly on each slice of Italian
seeded bread or thick bread and place cheese side together forming
sandwiches. Stack the sandwiches and warp in foil. Bake at 375F for 20
minutes.  Open foil and bake about 10 minutes longer or until it is crispy
on the edges. Serves 6 - 8 people.
