1 | Pinches ground cinnamon | |
1 | Pinches powdered cloves | |
2 | 1 inch slice panettone | |

2 | Floz clotted cream | |

INSTRUCTIONS
Core the apples and cut each into 6 wedges. Pan fry the apple in butter and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves; continue to cook until the apple is soft and the sugar resembles toffee. Meanwhile, toast each slice of panettone on both sides under the grill.
