Garlic; minced to liking, ( Iam heavy into garlic) |

1% milk |

Good quality extra virgin olive oil |

Parmeasan cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
SAUCE
In a food processor, add walnuts, pine nuts, and garlic process to coarse.
Slowly add olive oil, while machine is running. Process a few seconds,
pulse...... Add the milk and the parmeasan, until smooth. Toss with the
tortellini, and pass extra parmeasan.
