2 | Shallots, coarsely chopped | |

1 | Habanero chile, roasted | |
peeled and chopped | ||

INSTRUCTIONS
Boil potatoes until done but still firm. Mix all other ingredients except goat cheese in a blender. Drain potatoes, stir in goat cheese, then pour sauce over and mix.
