INGREDIENTS

| 6 | sm | Yellow chiles; seeded |
| 1 | lg | Pale green (Hungarian) chile; seeded |
| 1 | bn | Green onions; white and green parts included |
| 1 | c | Mexican Crema |
| 1/2 | c | Olive oil |
| 1 | Lime; juiced |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Use as a sauce over very hot, boiled, and skinned potatoes.
