INGREDIENTS

1 bn Cilantro; stems included
6 sm Yellow chiles; seeded
1 lg Pale green (Hungarian) chile; seeded
1 bn Green onions; white and green parts included
1 c Mexican Crema
1/2 c Olive oil
1 Lime; juiced

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth.
Use as a sauce over very hot, boiled, and skinned potatoes. Yield: about 2
