INGREDIENTS

1/2 Papaya
2 tb Thomy Delikatess Mayonnaise
20 Crackers
2 tb Chopped walnuts
Chives

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the seeds from the papaya, peel and cut into small cubes.  Set aside
some of the cubes for garnish.  Add the walnuts, papaya and mayo together
and stir.  Spread on crackers.Garnish with papaya and chives.
