INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix the prawns with the salt, sesame oil, egg, oyster sauce, and
cornstarch. Cut the rice paper into 3-inch square pieces. Put the prawn
mixture on the rice paper pieces and fold into a blanket. Heat the oil to
medium heat. Place the wrapped prawns in oil and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
