Ingredients: 1 9-inch pie crust; unbaked; 8 oz Cream cheese; 1/4 c Sugar; 1/2 ts Vanilla; 1 Egg; 1/2 c Sugar; 2 ts Pumpkin pie spice; 1 1/4 c Pumpkin; 1 c Evaporated milk; 2 Eggs

1		9-inch pie crust; unbaked
8	oz	Cream cheese
1/4	c	Sugar
1/2	ts	Vanilla
1		Egg
1/2	c	Sugar
2	ts	Pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4	c	Pumpkin
1	c	Evaporated milk
2		Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350&deg; Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg. pour on
bottom of pie crust, set aside. Combine remaining filling ingredients and
pour carefully over cream cheese layer. Bake for 60-70 minutes , cool
completely.
