Cayman Islands Sauce 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 T Sliced onion
2 c Tomatoes, cut into 1/4"
Cubes
2 Serrano chilis, finely
Chopped
2 T Cilantro, finely chopped
1 t Sugar, or more if needed
1/4 c Mexican beer
2 t Salt
2 Limes, juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Let sit in refrigerator for at
least 30 min. before serving Oh, feel free to consume the rest of the
