INSTRUCTIONS
This is a delicious and creamy consistency that is not too high in fat
Mix together juices, passionfruit, banana, egg yolks and three quarters of
the sugar and freeze overnight. Next day, beat this mixture in mixer to
break it up and add the remaining sugar. Fold in the egg whites which have
been beatren to soft peaks. Refreeze. You can freeze in a serving dish.
This ice cream is delicious on its own or served with fruit or compote
