INGREDIENTS

2 qt Onions, sliced
1 1/2 c Butter
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 qt Milk
1 pt Half and half
2 cn Stock, chicken

INSTRUCTIONS

Simmer onions in butter 45 minutes. Season to taste. Add milk, cream and
chicken broth.
Place toast in bottom of soup bowl.  Sprinkle with Parmesan. Pour soup over
toast.
