INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the ricotta cheese, garlic, onions, olives, herbs and seasoning in
a bowl and beat together.
2. Divide this mixture into 4 and place at one end of each slice of parma
ham.
3. Roll up and using a strip of spring onion, tie to form a parcel.
