INSTRUCTIONS
For the party we're having, I'll contribute a favorite of mine from the
1972 edition of The Complete Cheese Book which features Kraft recipes. It
is especially nice for Christmas.
Combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. Mix until
well blended. Add green pepper and pimiento. Mix well. Chill. Form into log
shape and roll in parsley. Serve with favorite crackers.
