INGREDIENTS

2 oz Salted butter
2 oz Plain flour
1 pn Cayenne pepper
Freshly ground black pepper
2 oz Grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

This makes 18-24 biscuits
Cream the butter. Season the flour with cayenne and black pepper and work
in the butterr with the cheese Knead until smooth and chil for about 30
mins or until stiffened. Roll out onto a floured board to 5mm thickness .
Cut into small rounds or squaresand place on a greased baking tray and
flatten into biscuits. Prick well with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven
180c/350f/gas 4 for about 10mins until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
