INGREDIENTS
| 2/3 | c | Water |
| 2/3 | Egg; large | |
| 2 2/3 | tb | Butter; cut in small pieces |
| 2 | c | Bread flour |
| 3 1/2 | tb | Parmesan cheese; grated |
| 1 1/3 | tb | Sugar |
| 1 1/3 | ts | Onion flakes; dried |
| 2/3 | ts | Salt |
| 1/3 | ts | Garlic salt |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Process in regular bake cycle. remove from baking pan, and cool on a wire rack. Yield: 1-1/2 lb loaf. (tested in Hitachi, Panasonic, and Zojirushi machines. Whether made by hand or in a bread machine, there was very little difference).
