INGREDIENTS
1 | c | All-purpose flour |
1/2 | c | Yellow cornmeal |
1/3 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
2 | T | Sesame seeds, toasted |
3/4 | t | Baking soda |
1/4 | t | Salt |
1/8 | t | Ground red pepper |
1/2 | c | Skim milk |
1 | T | Vegetable oil |
Vegetable cooking spray |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface; roll to an 8-inch square. Using a pizza cutter or pastry wheel, cut dough into 4 (4-inch) squares, and cut each square into 8 (1/2-inch-wide) strips. Arrange strips on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until crisp. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 4 sticks).
