Ingredients: 4 sl Stale white bread; 8" by 1"; 1 c Prepared mayonnaise; 1 c Grated Parmesan cheese; 1/4 Chopped fresh herbs; Salt and pepper

The greatest of all the temptations that assail a preacher is pride. Pride, because he is set up there almost on a pedestal. He is standing in a pulpit, he is above the people, all of whom are looking to him. He has this leading place in the Church, in the community; and so his greatest temptation is that of pride. Pride is probably the deadliest and the most subtle of all sins, and it can assume many forms; but as long as one realizes this all is well.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the bread lengthwise in half, making 8 large triangles. Combine the
mayonnaise, Parmesan Cheese, herbs and seasonings together. Spread the
mixture onto the croutons and brown in the oven until golden, about 3-4
minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and remove the croutons and place on the top of
the paella.
