INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper.
Beat the eggs in a medium shallow bowl. Dip each fillet in the egg & let
the excess drain off. Lay both sides of the fillets in the bread crumb
mixture & shake gently to release excess crumbs. Place in skillet on
med-hi. Cook until they are lightly browned. Serve warm w/ lemon slices.
Approximately 10 minutes.
