INSTRUCTIONS
Heat milk, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan over medium heat until
steaming hot, about 6 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot, about 6
minutes. Add butter and cheese; stir until butter melts.
