INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the pork tenderloin into 4 pieces. Place 1 piece of pork between 2
pieces of clear plastic wrap. Working the the center to the edges, pound
with a meat mallet to 1/4-inch thickness. Repeat with remaining pork. In a
12-inch skillet, cook pork slices in margarine over medium-high heat for 4
to 6 minutes or till done, turning once. Transfer pork to a serving
platter; reserving drippings in skillet. Keep pork warm. For sauce, stir
pizza sauce, mushrooms, wine, and pepper into drippings in skillet. Cook
and stir for about 1 minute or till heated through. Spoon sauce over pork.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
