INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Roast-Air Oven to 400 degrees. Combine eggs and oil in small bowl;
whisk to blend. Brush evenly over roasts. Combine crumbs, cheese and thyme;
pat evenly onto roasts. Place roasts on rack. Set rack in preheated
cookwell, cover; plug in Roast-Air fan. Air-roast 25-30 minutes per pound
or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees on meat thermometer.
Unplug Roast-Air fan; turn off temperature control. Allow meat to stand,
covered 10 minutes before serving.
