INGREDIENTS

250 g Dried pasta penne, cooked
and
refreshed 8oz
50 g Frozen petit pois, defrosted
2oz
2 Oranges, pared into segments
2 T White wine vinegar
1 t Dijon mustard
5 T Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
1 T Freshly chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the pasta, peas and orange segments in a bowl and mix.  Make the
dressing by mixing all the ingredients together in a screw  top jar.
Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta, pea and orange mixture,  stir
to incorporate. Serve immediately.  Converted by MC_Buster.  NOTES : A
