1 tb Minced onion
1/2 ts Black pepper

1 Clove garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
4 servings (3 Tbsp. each). 20 calories per serving. 0.2 g fat. 9% fat.
