1/2 t Fresh oregano
1 T Minced onion
1/2 t Black pepper
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley

1 Clove garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Here are a few wonderful dressing recipes from Sarah Schlesinger's
cookbook "500 Fat Free Recipes."  Place all ingredients in a blender or
food processor. Process until  smooth. 4 servings (3 Tbsp. each). 20
