INSTRUCTIONS
Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Pour 1 cup of the gelatin
mixture into 8-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm.
Refrigerate remaining mixture until slightly thickened but not set; beat
with hand beater until light and fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients; pour
on gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold on serving plate.
