INGREDIENTS

8 Servings of mashed potatoes
1/2 ts Diced garlic
1 tb Parsley; chopped
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 1/2 c Crushed corn flakes
2 tb Butter
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine mashed potatoes with garlic, parsley and cheese; mix well. Combine
remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake in a slightly
greased 2-quart casserole for 20 minutes at 325 . Different and tasty!
