INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter or margarine in top of double boiler, electric skillet, or
chafing dish. Blend in flour and salt. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly
to insure a smooth sauce. Blend in cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing,
catsup, and Worcestershire sauce and cook until cheese melts and sauce
thickens. Yield: 2 cups.
