INSTRUCTIONS
Soften gelatin in water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Blend in sour cream,
mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until thickened; whip until
fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into 5-1/2 cup ring mold. Chill
