Jar; (12-ounce) chili sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion,
milk, egg, Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Form into bite-size
balls. Place on broiler pan and bake for 45 minutes. Mix jelly and chili
sauce. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring often. Put meatballs in
sauce. Serve in chafing dish. You can make these ahead and freeze in sauce,
reheating at 350 degrees until bubbly. Makes 5 dozen. (Recipe from Beverly
