Evaporated milk (more or less) |

Butter; softened |

Capful mint or peppermint extract |

Desired food coloring |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat egg white until fluffy. Add 1/2 pound powdered sugar, evaporated milk,
butter, mint extract & food coloring. Beat with mixer until well blended.
Add rest of powdered sugar. Knead with your hands & shape into small balls.
Let dry a short time. Press into molds. These may be frozen.
