INSTRUCTIONS
In food processor, pure salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice
until smooth. Mix in onions, dill and pepper.
[Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.]
Smoked trout may be substituted for the salmon. Serve with pumpernickel
bread or crackers, or on cucumber slices. Garnish with fresh dill or green
onions.
