INSTRUCTIONS
Brown ground beef and sausage and drain. Add Velveeta cheese to meat
mixture on low heat and stir until melted. Add next four ingredients,
mixing well. Remove from heat. Drop by large spoonful and spread while warm
on individual slices of party rye bread. Place on cooking sheet . Bake at
400 for 15 minutes.
(As mixture begins to cool in pan, it is more difficult to spread as easily
on the bread. Also, when I want to freeze some, I use those that have not
been baked, let them cool and place them in layers in a closed Tupperware
container with wax paper in between layers. Then they're ready to go
anytime I need them.)
