Grains, Eggs Salad 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Cooked potatoes; cubed or sliced
1 ts Sugar
1 ts Vinegar
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Diced celery
1/4 c Diced sweet pickles
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Celery seed
3/4 c Mayonnaise
2 Hard boiled eggs; cubed

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle potatoes while still warm with sugar & vinegar. Add onion, celery,
pickle & seasonings. Let cool; add mayonnaise. Toss to blend & carefully
fold in egg slices. Chill.
