INSTRUCTIONS
Spray a 8x12 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix the
potatoes, mushrooms, onion flakes, milk, salt, pepper. Pour into baking
dish. Top with cheese. Let set in frig. for at least one hour. bake 30
mins. in 350 F. oven.
