INGREDIENTS

4 c Mashed potatoes; (8 to 10 large)
1 c Sour cream; (8 oz.)
1 pk Cream cheese; softened (8-oz
1 ts Dried chives or 1 tb snipped fresh chives
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
1 tb Butter or margarine melted
1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and
garlic powder. Turn into a greased 2-qt. casserole. Combine bread crumbs
with butter, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Top
with cheese and serve immediately.
