INSTRUCTIONS
Place potatoes, green onions and salt in saucepan. Add enough water to
cover. Bring to boiling. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vetetables
are tender. Drain well. Stir in sour cream and cottage cheese. Heat 5
minutes, but do not boil. Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan. Toss
together butter and bread crumbs. Put vegetable mixture in serving dish and
top with breadcrumbs.
