Eggs Jewish Passover, Cookies 1 Batch

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Almonds, ground
2 Egg whites
ds Salt
3/4 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat whites with salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar; continue beating
until peaks form. Fold in ground nuts. Drop by teaspoonsfuls on a greased
cookie sheet. Bake at 350f degrees for 15 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes in
pan; remove cookies to a rack and finish cooling. Source: Torah Prep High
