INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
1 sm Onion; (grated)
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Milk
3 tb Cake meal; (heaping)
8 oz Swiss cheese; (shredded)
1 pk Frozen chopped spinach; (cooked & drained)
Salt and pepper; (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in cake meal, cheese & spinach, season to
taste with salt & pepper. Bake in 2 eight inch pie pans @ 350º for 30
minutes or until top is golden brown.
NOTES : Can make until the point of baking in the morning and bake later if
you wish.  Freezes well)
